Terms of Service
Terms governing the use of MedAyush servicesBy using MedAyush and booking a consultation, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
1. About This Service
MedAyush is an online telemedicine platform that connects patients with registered medical practitioners for consultations via WhatsApp Call. Consultations are conducted in accordance with the Telemedicine Practice Guidelines 2020 issued by the Board of Governors, Medical Council of India.
2. Eligibility
- You must be 18 years of age or older to book. Minors may be booked for by a parent or legal guardian.
- You must provide accurate and truthful information when booking.
- The service is available to residents of India.
3. Booking & Payment
- Consultation fees must be paid via UPI before your appointment is confirmed.
- You are required to send a payment screenshot via WhatsApp to confirm your booking.
- Slots are not guaranteed until payment is verified by our team.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancelled by patient (24+ hours before): Full refund within 5–7 working days.
- Cancelled by patient (less than 24 hours): No refund; a free rescheduling may be offered at our discretion.
- Cancelled by doctor or platform: Full refund within 5–7 working days.

5. Patient Responsibilities
- Be available on WhatsApp at your scheduled appointment time.
- Provide honest and complete information about your symptoms and medical history.
- Do not record the consultation without the doctor's explicit consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
MedAyush shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our maximum liability in any case shall not exceed the consultation fee paid for that specific appointment.
7. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page. Continued use after any changes constitutes acceptance.
